Q. WHEN ARE ASSESSMENT FEES DUE?
A. The Association Assessment Fees are due on the 1st of the month.
* Please note that a late fee in the amount of 8% of your monthly dues amount will be required if payment is received after the 10th of the month. For additional information on dues and late fees please refer to the Rules and Regulations, Section V Owner's Monthly Assessments (dues).

Q. WHEN ARE THE NEWLY INSTALLED GATES ON HERITAGE BLVD. GOING TO BE IN USE?
A. The Board continues working with the county to resolve the issue with the newly installed gates on Heritage Blvd. Braza Management LLC, commented that Regent Park is aware of concerns and are continuing to consider how to give access to community residents.
* IF THE GATES ARE PUT INTO USE PRIOR TO TOTAL RESOLUTION WITH THE COUNTY AND REGENT PARK, PLEASE CONSIDER ALTERNATIVE ROUTES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Q. HOW DO I REQUEST MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS?
A. All requests for maintenance and/or repairs will require residents of Dogwood Hills to utilize Braza Management for their maintenance needs. Work orders can be completed and monitored through the Braza portal via computer at: https://braza.cincwebaxis.com or by downloading their phone app. You can also call them to complete a work order, which will be passed on to The Board to assign to our maintenance crew.

Q. WHEN MAY I PUT MY TRASH OUT AT THE CURB FOR PICKUP?
A. Trash is picked up every Thursday at 7 a.m. or later. You may place the dark colored bin, provided by Active Waste Solutions, our trash collector, at the curb on Wednesday evening. NO bags or items should be placed outside the trash can - they will not pick it up.
* Please place your trash can at the curb with the wheels facing your condo.
Q. DOES THE TRASH COLLECTOR PROVIDE A TRASH CAN?
A. Yes. Each condo has a dark colored bin supplied by the waste management vendor, Active Waste Solutions.
Q. IS THERE A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR PICKUP IN DOGWOOD HILLS?
A. Not at this time. But, there are recycling centers located in Baxter off Hwy 160 in Fort Mill, and York County Collection and Recycling Center - 1731 SC-160 Fort Mill, Fort Mill East Collection & Recycling Center - Hensley Rd. (803)-628-3181, 1245 East Hwy 160 across from the Leroy Springs Recreation Complex Fort Mill, and Advanced Residuals Management LLC 9352 Old Bailes Rd., Fort Mill (803) 639-7943.
Q. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE EXTERIOR OF MY CONDO OR ADD A ROOM/SCREENED IN PORCH?
A. Requests for changes/additions to the exterior of your home, adding or enclosing a space, or changes to landscaping should be made by contacting Braza Management, LLC. through their portal https://braza.cincwebaxis.com. It is recommended to put the subject of your request in the subject line or at the top of your request. Example: "ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW," etc. Once you sign in go to MENU, MY INFORMATION, where you can request and check on work orders, check on or make payments, or ACC Requests, etc. No computer or smart phone? Q. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT TO REPORT A SUSPICIOUS PERSON IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
A. If there is an immediate danger to you or your property, dial 911. To report something suspicious, you may contact the York County Sheriff’s Department at (803) 628-3059.
Q. DO YOU HAVE ASSOCIATION MEETINGS THAT HOMEOWNERS CAN ATTEND?
A. Yes. The annual association meeting is on the 1st Friday of December. We encourage all homeowners to attend. Residents will be notified of location of the meeting and time prior to that date.
Q. IF A CONDO OWNER IS INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR THE BOARD, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
A. If you are a Dogwood Hills homeowner-resident and your dues are paid to date, you would then need to submit your name, address, phone number and a short "bio" to the nominating committee. Please include in your "bio" your reason for wishing to become a candidate. E-mail your request to Braza Management, Subject Line: ATTN: Nominating Committee. The committee will review all applicants and verify their qualifications. We have many people in Dogwood Hills and if you can express your opinion clearly, negotiate, compromise and treat others with respect, please consider running for the Board.
* Please note that Dogwood Hills Condo Association is managed by a 9 member elected board of directors serving staggered 2 year terms. Currently, Braza Management, LLC, is managing Dogwood Hills Condos.

Q. IF A CONDO OWNER IS INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING TO ASSIST WITH ANY COMMITTEES SUGGESTED BY THE DOGWOOD HILLS BOARD, SUCH AS: LANDSCAPING BEAUTIFICATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION TO CONDO OWNERS, WHAT SHOULD THEY DO?
A. Contact Braza Management and let them know what you're interested in and how you'd like to help. The information will be forwarded to The Board of Dogwood Hills Condos.
